Gluten-free Crescent Roll Crust
Note: this is just the pan and dough
This gluten-free version of crescent roll dough is pressed into a 9 x 13 disposable pan and baked until delicious. It holds up wonderfully for three days at room temp.
Top it with your favorite dip and chopped, raw veggies for a quick picnic side dish (pictured), or top it with a cream cheese mix and seasonal fresh fruits for a sweet side, or use it as a base for a casserole dish. Once covered with your favorite toppings, eat the same day.
You can also eat this plain by brushing on a little melted butter and some salt on top, then bake at 350* for five-ish minutes to heat up. It makes a great cheesy bread base for pizza night.
This comes in the disposable pan, covered with foil.
As always, gluten-free and contains no oats.
Contains: milk, corn, eggs
(Not currently available in dairy-free, I am working on it)
