I have celiac, are these products safe for me?

Yes. I also have celiac and everything that leaves my home bakery is celiac-safe. I also have minimal use of oats and no use of maltodextrin (see note from BeyondCeliac.com).

Can you accommodate other allergies?

Maybe. If you have an allergy that requires you to carry an epi-pen, I do not recommend ordering from Field & Flour. I have a home bakery where many allergens are present (milk, eggs, soy, and peanut). I have one mixer that is dedicated peanut-free in addition to gluten-free.

I hot-wash all equipment between batches and use the dishwasher to sanitize at the end of bake day. I can do my best to minimize cross-contamination of other allergens but cannot promise it will be perfect.
